Nebraska For Us statement on Bacon-signed letter asking to scale back clean energy tax credit cuts that he already voted for

“Congressman Don Bacon was the deciding vote on cuts to clean energy tax credits that would raise costs and hurt job creation in Nebraska and nationwide, and now he is asking the Senate to scale back those cuts. If Congressman Bacon disagreed with these cuts and wanted to lower costs and protect jobs, he should have voted against them. Nebraska For Us agrees these cuts would hurt Nebraskans to pay for tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy.”
