Chelsea Pierre is a cybersecurity professional, entrepreneur, and U.S Air Force veteran with more than a decade of experience in information technology and network security. She is the founder and owner of Pierre's TechHeads, Incorporated, a business focused on computer repair, technical support, and technology solutions for individuals and organizations. With her dedication to inspiring the underrepresented entering the IT field, Pierre has been a keynote speaker and panelist at multiple technology conferences, including the Women in Tech Global Conference, Black is Tech, CyberCraft, Young Black Professional (YBP) Conference, and Blacks in Cybersecurity. Serving as a technology adjunct professor at Metropolitan Community College and an instructor on Plural Sight online technology learning platform, multiple students benefit from her passion to prepare the next generation of IT professionals. Additionally, she is mother of twins girls, of age 15, and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, where she helps foster the ideals of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood throughout the community.

Originally from Burkina Faso and now based in Nebraska, he focuses on building transparent and efficient supply chains for products such as cashew kernels, shea butter, sesame seeds, and cocoa beans. His mission is to reduce unnecessary intermediaries while creating economic opportunities in both Africa and the United States. Through Moogho Global, he aims to strengthen responsible global trade while supporting farmers and reliable sourcing partnerships.

Dorothy Johnson, MAHS is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Tigris Talent Firm LLC, a consulting practice focused on strengthening talent ecosystems, workforce pipelines, and economic mobility. Mariem Sanoe is the Founder and Lead Coach of Let US Talk About It, Coaching LLC, a youth and family empowerment organization based in Omaha, Nebraska. Her work focuses on culturally responsive coaching, leadership development, and structured support for youth and families from multicultural communities, including African, immigrant, and refugee populations. Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local institutions, Mariem provides programs that strengthen accountability, confidence, and leadership among youth, including a structured day program that helps youth stay on track academically, build social leadership skills, and engage in recreational activities with peers. Her work is rooted in lived experience and education, with a commitment to creating safe spaces where young people and families can grow, connect, and lead with purpose.
